OCMK offers a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY on our knives to the original owner. We will repair or replace at our discretion, any knife we feel has failed due to defects in material or workmanship. The knife must be shipped prepaid and insured by the owner. If repair is OCMK's responsibility, we will pay shipping costs to return your knife. Include your name, address, phone#, original receipt, and description of the problem.
We will not cover damage caused by abuse, alteration, neglect or disassembly. Disassembly will VOID THE WARRANTY. If we determine the problem is caused by the owner; we will inform you of the cost to repair and ship the knife.
OCMK'S Knives are made from the highest quality materials but you must still maintain and care for your knife.
Keep Clean: Use compressed air to blow dirt & debris from the inner workings of the knife.
Keep Oiled: A drop or 2 of light oil in the pivot pin area will keep it working smooth. Another couple drops wiped onto the blade will prevent rust and corrosion.
Avoid Misuse: Never use your knife as a screwdriver, chisel, prybar, etc. Never throw your knife. Never use a grinder to sharpen your knife. It will change the structure of the blade material and will be unable to hold a sharp edge anymore.
